BDC Representative

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to follow up with prospective customers
  • Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Handle all incoming online email leads
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Connect new customers with an appropriate sales team member
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
  • Proactively build out prospecting network
  • Log all activities in CRM
  • Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Time management, prioritizing and multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Fast learner with the willingness to continue personal & professional growth
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience as an auto technician
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair & maintenance
  • Fast eager learner and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and the willingness to learn new problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
