Was as expected. Time was reasonable and car was returned as I had left it

Yesterday I had an appointment at Vision Hyundai Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment performed after driving over many potholes during the winter months. All work was completed satisfactorily and in less than 3 hours. The service department staff did an excellent job.

My experience was pretty good until a strange incident occurred towards the end of my day. I used the restroom and noticed there was no soap in any of the dispensers. All of the sales people were either on the phone or with customers. I told the cashier, who was the only one available. The cashier told me it was not her job to make sure soap was available. While I understand that the cashier is not the one to fill the dispensers, I expected she would have said, "ok, I will call someone to get it filled." or something to that effect. But to say its not her job indicates to me that she did not care if people washed their hands or not after using the restroom. The lack of concern was somewhat surprising. I understand that is a Friday afternoon, but c'mon now.

This dealership is truly amazing! So kind and thoughtful service department. We really appreciate that they did the work we needed well and went above and beyond what we expected. Reasonable prices too. A special thanks to Tyler-a great employee!

Initial trip was disappointing. I was told they had a car in stock but didn't. Manager Evan more than made up for the issue. Overall a good visit. Had to wait for what I wanted but so far it seems well worth the wait. I have owned 4 Hyundais and 20+ cars and so far this has been a positive experience.

This was my first interaction with Vision Hyundai, in fact this is my first time trying a Hyundai. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the dealership. Dillip was the sales representative assigned to me. Dillip was very professional. He took his time explaining the various options available. Arranged a test drive and worked with me to meet my expectations relative to the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Once the purchase was completed he made sure he went over the bells and whistles to help make our new driving experience the best it could be I stopped in to drop off some paperwork and Dillip took the time to share a few more details about the Palisade. I am very impressed with everyone I interacted with at Vision Hyundai. They are a definite 10+

Came in for a state safety inspection. Was informed that there was an outstanding safety recall that they would handle at the same time. Something to do with a software update for the exhaust? Anyway, it was all done in the time they quoted while I waited.

Eric in sales and Scott in finance are the best. Never pushy and very understanding, kind, and empathetic.
