I STRUGGLE getting anyone to answer a phone anywhere here, including the service department and the sales department. It takes days to get a return phone call. However, whenever I get to the service desk, Matt M and Matt C are ALWAYS empathetic, attentive, and caring. They value my limited availability and time. I consistently leave the service desk happy.
Matt and his team always do a great job serving my car I love Hyundai just cannot afford a new one yet. It’s my 3rd Hyundai.

I have always gotten my Hyundai's maintenance and inspections at Henrietta Vision Hyundai. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am greeted listened to ( instead of getting a we'll find it ) and my car is taken in at the time on the appointment The work is done quickly and priced fairly.

I've been buying cars at Vision since 2005. I have always had good service, friendly staff. But since it has been bought out I find it has changed. I dislike the phone service. I had to play phone tag for days just to talk to someone and get an appointment. As being a person working with the public it is very important to the customer to know what is going on when there is a delay or problem when working on the customers car.
This is one of those very few dealerships with amazing customer service. I will be sending anybody and everybody that asks to this dealership from now on.
Tyler was very upfront about my repair options and costs. Answered my questions, and set me up for an appointment at the time I requested. Other than not needing work done, I couldn't have expected more. Everyone I deal with does their best to be helpful and courteous.
They don’t seems be professional and knowledgeable about the issue! Needs to revisit there often!

Tylor was fantastic. Got my vehicle in and out fast, but more importantly Identified the issue that caused my car’s problem and made sure it was rectified. My Palisade is now running beautifully, thanks to the Vision Hyundai service department.

Tylor is awesome! I have a Genesis and it is hard to get serviced, but Hyundai service dept is always willing to take a look. Tylor will only suggest fixes he is sure of and always very attentive.

This is the first car dealership that I actually believe cares about customer service. They are amazing. I did not buy an expensive car, but they treated me wonderfully and really went the extra mile for me (both sales and service) Everyone should go to Vision.

I was very happy with my service. I was able to get in quickly and the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. The staff is professional. This is the third time I’ve waited for my vehicle at Vision and the waiting room just gets worse and worse. I’ve seen signs saying they are working on it but its really quite hard to sit in chairs with stains, stark walls and a tv blaring news. The bathrooms are equally outdated. I look forward to visiting when it’s fixed up.

The service department here is exceptional! Owning a Genesis G70, I've found it challenging to get service at the Genesis dealer in Buffalo, so I usually end up here. Tyler consistently provides excellent care, and I trust the opinions and work of all the mechanics. My only wish is that they would become an authorized Genesis dealer, so I could rely on them exclusively for all my needs.

This was a great experience. I absolutely dread dealing with a car dealership, but this was a pleasant surprise. 'June' was a no pressure sales person which is exactly why we came back after a few days and bought the car from Vision. Even the assistance and service was wonderful after we drove it off the lot. I’ve always had a good experience here until you took away my free oil changes. I am driving the third Hyundai Sonata that I have owned and bought from this dealership- I have been very happy with each one. I have free lifetime oil changes written right into my contract. The last time I got an oil change I was told they don’t do that anymore- since when can you change a written contract! I will no longer buy my cars at Vision and I will be moving on to a new vehicle!
Having June guide me through the process of buying my first car through a dealership was far beyond what my initial expectations were. Great experience told me it would take an hour for my 8000 mile service and it was exactly an hour.
I was on my way to work at 515 pm on a Monday.. when I noticed one of tire registering as low. Tyler got me right in and out..fixed my flat and I was on time to work. Wow !!! Exceptional service and a friendly smile.
The service personnel are very helpful and sometimes I have been given a loner car when repairs have been extensive. However it is hard to get ahold of anyone there to check on the status of repairs and timing of pick up.
