Typically, the service is excellent, but I was disappointed with my last visit. I had to return because the hood handle was out of place and appears to be broken. When I brought it back, I was told, “that’s how we found it,” which is not true. Even if that were the case, why was I not informed about it before the work was completed?

Brandon remembered me when I waked in and what the car was scheduled for. He greeted me, was prompt in getting me checked in and made conversation as he took me to my car. It was a smooth experience.
The service people in the office were lovely. My car was apparently completed quickly HOWEVER the car was parked right by the exit. I sat for well over an hour waiting for the car to be serviced...finally at almost 3pm we were told it was done and led to the car I spent a VERY VERY LONG time watching. No explanation was given as to why we were not told as soon as it was done so we could take our hour long drive back home.
This particular time I had a great experience. However, in sales I have not had the best experience at this particular location.
Had a 2:30 appointment and was there over 2hrs for them to tell me they don't have the part and will have to come back next week. I understand not having the part but should not have to wait for over 2hrs to have been told that.

We found a car that was a great price. Only hiccup was that we were told that they would fix a problem with the door panel and they didn't fix it and said they couldn't do anything else for us. The price was too good to pass up so we took it anyway. But we weren't happy that they didn't keep there word nor do anything to make it right.
They answered all my questions. They got me right in and taken care of while I waited

My 2022 Santa Fe plug-in hybrid needed a new transmission. It took 2 weeks, which was probably reasonable, but communication about the process was not what I expected. I kept calling every few days, but got no response during the first 9 days. The automated phone system pretended to be a woman named Pam, very annoying! The work so far seems to have been done well. I took a 1000 mile road trip a week later and everything seems good.

Waiting too long.. The staff at the front desk who were waiting for patients did not seem friendly. They were mostly looking at their phones and did not appear enthusiastic or motivated about their work.

Honestly, everyone in the dealership itself is excellent. Everyone deserves a 5/5 in-house. Your AI phone answering service 'Pam' and the remote service scheduling system is outrageously bad. I was told 2 days in a row 'oh we can't schedule you a rental. Let me send your info over. They'll call you in less than an hour.' By the third day, I'm livid. no call back. Nothing
The service was good overall, but communication was not. I should have been kept better informed without having to call to find out what was happening. When I did call, the automated system was inadequate for answers and slow to transfer me to a human. The system AI pretending to be a person named Pam was especially annoying 😡
Brandon was very helpful at the service desk. He got the Santa Fe in very quickly and got the inspection and oil change done very timely manner. Brandon is always kind and helpful every time I come in.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Matt & the Vision Hyundai team. Vision Hyundai Henrietta SUCKS. Oil change was not free like they said. Extended warranty that 'covers everything' didn't pay for service done. I hate being lied to and being ripped off.
I was running late and called to see if they could still fit me in or if I should reschedule. They took me in though I was about a half hour late. Check in was thorough and quick. Very friendly staff. Service was quick and thorough. I'm happy with Vision's service department.
I appreciate the fact that I was able to get the oil changed, and the recall completed faster than anticipated! The sticker for the new oil change amount fell off, and he is going to send me a new one!

Yesterday I had an appointment at Vision Hyundai Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment performed after driving over many potholes during the winter months. All work was completed satisfactorily and in less than 3 hours. The service department staff did an excellent job.

I don’t even know where to begin; this dealership’s service is inadequate. They can’t ever seem to get a repair done correctly! When working with a $60,000 car, one would think a mechanic would not break parts, would check their work, and would not knowingly place the wrong color sensors hoping the customer doesn’t complain. They have, on multiple occasions, held my vehicle for simple repairs for over a month! That I needed to have rework done on the repairs. I should have been offered a loaner. When I asked for one no one tried to help me. I have a job which requires me to have a vehicle. They had my car for a week and I never heard from them. I kept calling and could not get through to the dealership

Initial trip was disappointing. I was told they had a car in stock but didn't. Manager Evan more than made up for the issue. Overall a good visit. Had to wait for what I wanted but so far it seems well worth the wait. I have owned 4 Hyundais and 20+ cars and so far this has been a positive experience.

Came in for a state safety inspection. Was informed that there was an outstanding safety recall that they would handle at the same time. Something to do with a software update for the exhaust? Anyway, it was all done in the time they quoted while I waited.
Eric in sales and Scott in finance are the best. Never pushy and very understanding, kind, and empathetic.

Waiting area is nice. Employeeand respectful. respectful. Service is slow. I waited 2:15 minutes to have a tire plugged (I told the where the nail was) and check a recall connection.

Took a long while like 4 hours. Problem was still not fixed so again on my day off I have to go and waste more hours on an issue that could have been fixed while they were already replacing parts in the same area of the car. No water or fountains available by during this long wait.

I have bought multiple cars from Evan and has always been a pleasant experience. Recently I had an issue with my 2026 Santa Fe’s Service Contract and Evan took care of me and assured me my concerns would be taken care of. He is a great person to work with throughout the entire process.

The dealership was bright first thing in the morning. Luis and Tyler greeted me with genuine smiles. I had come in for slight stuttering in gear on cold starts and a cosmetic issue on the panoramic sunroof. Both issues were resolved in under an hour. Great experience overall!!
