The service people in the office were lovely. My car was apparently completed quickly HOWEVER the car was parked right by the exit. I sat for well over an hour waiting for the car to be serviced...finally at almost 3pm we were told it was done and led to the car I spent a VERY VERY LONG time watching. My 2022 Santa Fe plug-in hybrid needed a new transmission. It took 2 weeks, which was probably reasonable, but communication about the process was not what I expected. I kept calling every few days, but got no response during the first 9 days. The automated phone system pretended to be a woman named Pam, very annoying! The work so far seems to have been done well. I took a 1000 mile road trip a week later and everything seems good.

Yesterday I had an appointment at Vision Hyundai Henrietta for a NYS inspection and 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment performed after driving over many potholes during the winter months. All work was completed satisfactorily and in less than 3 hours. My experience was pretty good until a strange incident occurred towards the end of my day. I used the restroom and noticed there was no soap in any of the dispensers. Dillip was the sales representative assigned to me. Dillip was very professional. He took his time explaining the various options available. Arranged a test drive and worked with me to meet my expectations relative to the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I had my IONIQ 6 in for almost 4 weeks with a common ICCU failure. The length of time was more than expected since the initial replacement part sent to the dealer had a defect and we had to wait for another before the item was cleared up. While this situation could have been frustrating, Hyundai National Customer Care covered a rental car which allowed me to continue my planned vacation during that month.The refund for the rental was painless and quick.

The service department got me an appointment right away, took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions, and finished the appointment quickly.

Matt always takes great care of my Hyundai and is so sweet! I also LOVE the new showroom and waiting area. It's so comfy!
