Vision on Henrietta Road is easy to deal with even though they are making renovations. From the moment I arrived they were pleasant and helpful. I was told my car would be ready in an hour and it WAS ! For the future I plan to stay with them. How could I do better.

I purchased my wife’s car there and had an excellent
I purchased my wife’s car there and had an excellent experience. I checked inventory and found a used f150 ford I wanted to look at for myself. I was told my salesman I purchased her car from was working and would be expecting me to look at the two trucks I was interested in. I said, great, I’ll be there in an hour an 15 minutes. I confirmed both trucks were on the lot. By the time I got there the 2016 f150 was supposedly sold, lol. It was the old bait and switch routine. The salesman wasn’t my salesman either, just lie after lie. I wouldn’t even look at the other truck. I will never return to this dealership. I even asked the salesman, so you’re saying you sold the truck in the last hour. He said it was sold earlier today. So thanks for the 2&1/2 hour round trip for nothing.

I was interested in a 2026 Palisade from Vision Hyundai
I was interested in a 2026 Palisade from Vision Hyundai in Henrietta, only problem was I'm in Buffalo 65 miles away and no car to drive. Their sales manager Evan Bradoc arranged for the car to be delivered to me in Buffalo to test drive. Once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, their sales associate, Tres McGuire personally delivered the car and gave me a tutorial on how things work. I have worked with a few dealers in my day, but Vision Hyundai in Henrietta has given me next level service. Highly recommend.
